Bio
In 2006, with a desire to make a difference in his peers, Emmanuel focused completely on how to deliver the message, “The Love of Jesus Christ” in a manner that is easily and pleasurably received among his peers and others. His idea of youth programming was presented to the community and received an overwhelming positive response; thus resulting into full-time ministry.
With an energetic, positive, and unique ability to blend contemporary issues into hip-hop sensibilities, Emmanuel Washington a.k.a. Made Mann is one of the brightest new coming artists to the holy hip-hop scene. Being the son of a traditional professional gospel singer, and the sibling of five others, Emmanuel earlier childhood allowed him to travel domestically and internationally where he absorbed music ranging from sacred gospel, country, and to the secular soul that was popular at the time, and all strains would serve him well when he began his professional singing career.
Although music was his enduring passion, Emmanuel opted to study sales and marketing after graduating high school eventually working as a Sales Consultant relocating to El Paso, Texas.
After a brief illness of his Mother, Emmanuel returned to Georgia to assist with his younger siblings. Again, he returned back to his passions thrusting himself into the front-lines of youth ministries essentially launching his debut solo album. Made Mann has characterized his music as “urban inspirational,” an apt term that allows him to stretch the boundaries of traditional gospel while still remaining true to its purpose.
